Question to longs....

I originally got in CHRO on 4/26/2016 at .0504 and have averaged down since then...been pretty easy to average down.

My question is, and asking for opinions, Alex has always said this is a 3-5 plan, but when did the clock start? Have we eaten up the first 2 years of that time frame or and now are looking at 1- 3 years?
Seems like a long time, at least since the Dallas meeting, we've heard and read 3-5 years...and that can't be a moving target!

I'll take opinions and thoughts! Thanks!
