Like I have stated many times, if shareholders could see the partnering deals King chose to walk away from, our blood would boil.

This is interesting, so playing devil's advocate WHY would Ronin group risk not knowing or wanting to know ALL possible deals that you say King chose to walk away from ??

Ronin wants to just hand off the PS Targeting IP ....without knowing all they can learn about prior possible deals ??

If you believe what you say, Ronin should (as I have been saying...) publicly file and legally recorded with SEC filing to force disclosure of all collaborations and past deal negotiations such as with Abbvie and again....to know ALL there is to know regarding Abbvie they must file publically to get those CSM sealed records fully unsealed along with all past CSM lawsuits which MAY show probable cause that CSM did things like this more than once ...

All of this will prove to me Ronin group wants to extract ALL possible which would place them in the best position to decide whether they should hand off the IP or strike a deal to continue PS Targeting R&D and collaborations with MSK NCCN Dr Jedd Wolchok ..etc

You know what I think ? Ronin group would be dealt major lawsuits IF they ever received confirmation on how valuable PS Targeting is....and still decided to sell it off for breadcrumbs

The truth just may be the backers of Ronin gave them a signal of some sorts or clearly told them "Halt PS Targeting ..." and appease the shareholders and with Avid

I am not appeased with Avid and the real future is all about PS Targeting as I call it The Enlightenment Age of Disease

Why will Ronin not tell us in writing they will change their agenda?

I read even retail groups with as little as 5% can nominate their own slate of Board of Directors ....
