Hi Guys,

I made an estimate in the outstanding shares. The reason being is that NEWC had to issue share for the last 20 months since Dec. 2015.

Likely 800,000,000 is a good estimate without doing a major accounting review of their prior cash burn and selling price.

But, we should all have a much better answer to all of this upon the filing of their current SEC Q's and K's.
