Guessing we will hit the penny mark one more time today but don't believe we will break below it. Be nice to see over 10M in volume today and close above .01. and it would be good to get though these extra shares in just a few days. They really are a very small percentage of our outstanding.

When Jan bought those last shares a week or so ago he was probably just trying to support our share price so the number of shares converted would be as low as possible. Only reason I can think of why he would be buying right before he knew these extra shares were going tobe converted and added to float. Jan was still looking out for us shareholders as he knew the price would soon drop. Hopefully he is adding also at these lower prices. IMHO
