What's curious it that ATPT redomiciled from Nev. to Wyoming end of last year. That's not a direct correlation but interesting nonetheless.

What threw me a bit is the SS, Best I can tell, it should have been a 1 to 1 exchange between Nev. and Wyoming. But Wyoming is listing the A\S as 100M. That being said, reached out to the TA on 8/10:
