"Jan has made all the right moves and yet the share price has been in a steady decline since the first of March."

Jan has been making all the right moves he possibly could and still the share price was declining. All the great business developments plus him buying shares in the open market hand-over-fist plus lending the company 500K at a reasonable rate... nothing seemed to help the share price. So he probably noticed all the other OTC stocks diluting their shareholders and then seeing their stocks soar 500 to 1000 percent. Maybe he just became tired of carrying the load himself. Maybe he knows of a new group wanting to get in low that will carry PGUS share price to the promised land. Seems like in the OTC we have to see a dip before the rip. Thinking we are seeing the dip right now and shortly the rip will follow! IMHO
