If I understood the agreement correctly, I think I am going to have to take a pass on voting for more of the same at a "dialed down" compensation plan of merely $400k.

I take it you are cool with the notion of staying the course since our esteemed board is now forced to "take one for the team" with their mandated salary reduction.

Ask yourself, what is the market rate for their skill sets.
