Personally I think the problem really arose when the CEO tweeted no dilution no RS yet everyday L2 showed dilution. Plus many people pointed out the dilution here and were attacked for it. Then when CEO tweeted news this week and didn't put out a PR and then he started getting nasty the following week to shareholders who became disgruntled about buying shares and watching them get diluted down with no end in sight. Now we get what I think is a lame PR that he could have put out when he said he was going to put one out and maybe the pps would be better off now? But blocking too many shareholders is not good IMO.
