Wasn't there a rumor that SING might be taken over?

Anyway, there can be any number of reasons for the suspension, for example:
- Release of a positive announcement is pending.
- Release negative to the market (the company is issuing a profit downgrade.)

It could also be possible that a neutral outcome could result in little or no change after suspension.
