To what purpose is sg moving the websites over to UCL? This looks like an attempt to wash rinse repeat by changing the ticker. He is exchanging assets with himself as he is CEO of UCL. He is going to rinse us seek holders out. Are we supposed to now buy his new stock? I just fail to see why he couldn't take whatever his new venture was and put it into seek as UCL is nothing more than a holding company. He continues to use 3rd party platforms and buy sites and never does anything to improve them monetarily and drives himself further into debt and destroy the share structures. He traded under flip then seek now UCL. He doesn't earn any revenue organically. Just being honest here. I am a holder for several years and he has brought no value.
