Delawares division of corporation states this type of corporation. Only issue is the dates aren't matching since the merger and it could have been updates since that event. None of us have purchased the full status update for $20 to see if this is true we're just going on the public information that's being displayed. Also, this could simply be brought up to the IR team with a link to the imgur post I made and reference Delawares by laws for corp. to see if they have anything to say...
