There was actually a verbal agreement reached late last week, the specifics of the deal to be worked out the next couple of business days with the attorneys present and then the actual signing of the deal at some point between tomorrow or Wednesday. Look for a continued rise in the stock price as more news of the deal is leaked out with a possible halt Wednesday or early a.m. news release. Approx. $9.05 - $9.25 per share. Excitement is in the air!!
