Coming from the maritime industry myself I can say that there is numerous steps in a acquisition like this that would be different then others. For example they would need or the bank to hire some type of marine inspector to throughly check the equipment for seaworthiness, current inspections etc are up to par. Also transfer of ownership is def not like buying a car especially if they are sailing internationally. Red tape everywhere you look. It will take time for sure. I don't see these past six months waiting as a issue at all. All imo of course. GL all.
