Since you are a fairly redent shareholder you may not know that Solomon gave up most of his shares a long time ago to prevent dilution to other shareholders. He is in my view not greedy. The problem is rather that he runs the company the way he wants to and that is aim is not no increase the value of the shares. His aim is to create a big company when it comes to revenues and assets. Moreover, he has demonstrated that he has limited understanding of financial matters and that he is human in the sense that he has made a lot of mistakes. His grand vision was mistaken. There has been no inforation about the restaurants recently. Why? Presumably they have not been a success.
