ORDER
Before the Court is the Motion for Leave to File Complaint in Intervention filed by Treaty Energy Shareholders’ derivative action committee (“TESDAC”). (Rec. Doc. 218). On August 16, 2017, TESDAC filed a Request for Oral Argument. (Rec. Doc. 220).
IT IS ORDERED that the Request for Oral Argument is DENIED. The Motion for Leave will be decided on the briefs.
