Simple Mobile is owned by American Movil, best known for TracFone.

América Móvil operates TracFone, which is the largest MVNO in the United States and is in the midst of a steady—if modest—retail expansion. TracFone brands include Simple Mobile, GoSmart, TracFone, Net10, PagePlus, Total Wireless and SafeLink.

If SM sees positive revenues from VIVA, we may expand into these other subsidiaries.

Guess what?! Simple Mobile runs off of T-MO network. I think they will be watching from the sidelines. If this grows into what we think it will, this could be T-MO's competitive service to AT&T's DirecTV NOW.
