EXACTLY I've never seen a reverse merger where incoming management just stumps up $300, 000 to pay off ALL the convertible debt, outstanding loans, notes and any other debt all in one go.

They really don't want to issue all those shares nor give anyone any kind of voting control over THEIR company.

I'm only guessing but I really wouldn't be surprised if we saw a filing in the next few days saying that they've been buying back the ordinary shares in the open market
