If the strategic alliances are a clue to the next phase of BVTK I think all the uncertainty has created an extended buying opportunity. How long will it be before the stop sign is removed? How about news of the first big deal? Or news of the approved patent? The officers of this company have reputations that tell me they are not going to sign up with a defunct otc company only to milk it down further.

So in MY opinion, the time to buy is now, if you want more or haven't already, before even one catalyst come to fruition.
