This low volume is not going to help the coming dilution required to pay off that ~$800k in notes in default and pay the legal fees for the CAFC hearings, those won't be cheap either.

Another 2 mil or so of dilution should be expected here. Value of the company is around 9 mil now, 2/9 = 22% dilution so people should expect the stock to see under 3 cents near term

3.7 cents x 78% = 0.0287

I would expect to see mid 2's near term as well give low volume
