You can call ERHC right now and they will tell you they are still in that office. Whether that is true or not, who knows? They also told someone they were still paying rent. And they didn't disclose anything about it in their recent 10Q.

That office building is multiple floors and ERHC's office is only part of one floor. I guess they could have renewed the lease and taken a smaller space. Or they could be lying to us again and hiding things from us again. Not sure what to believe.
