Well, if you believe what Mr. Berman included in the 8/15/2017 DECN financial filing (link below), Mr. Cook is a key advisor. In fact, he is the ONLY outside third party advisor documented in the filing. You would think that DECN or Mr. Cook would have followed up on this quickly. Just looks bad. Then again, this is DECN, right? LoL
