Here is an interesting read and it's what I think Cytrx is trying to do. We don't know they won't dilute because the terms of the deal was not disclosed. We don't know when they will get first payment. We don't know what they are planing for Germany operations and DK 049 whether or not they want to start new trials. We have no guaranty what so ever management won't dilute again after RS. They have made no statement that they will reduce spending and cash run way will be enough until Aldox approval second half of 2018. They made no such statement. So We have no clarity, but our own best guesses.

That's least of my worries since I am not currently holding any shares. And I am not planning to hold long term anymore. If it crash hard I'd buy at the bottom if a potential short term gain is there.

The main focus here is that the deal with NantCell and Soon Shiong is not done. Once RS goes through, they regain control of the company, will we see a cheap buyout?

Funny thing now is that there are these troublesome shareholders that's voting against management and that's us or at least those of us who still holds shares.

It's never a good thing when company management is against shareholders. I'm here to see if I can profit off of this mess. If RS fails, they have no choice.

Just ask yourself this question. They should have reduced burn like you said, and the deal is now done and dilution should not be needed. Why are they trying so hard to push an RS through?

Is it really so hard to come out and say we're now dialing down our spending because apparently Aldox development is all on NantCell now, and that we aren't planning on any new trials until Aldox approval when our milestone payments would be made on an estimate time frame? Or clarify with shareholders about the milestone payment and when we can expect them? Think logic, why aren't they doing any of that to try and build some confidence and provide some clarity? If they done that we wouldn't be under 1$ and we wouldn't be facing listing issues.

Is it because they are so incompetence or is it because they have other motives? I think the answer is obvious here. Management put no effort into building long term value and shareholder confidence. They have one thing in mind and that's RS and regain control of the company.
