LTT, we were together in a few stocks before, and, you know that I never fail on detecting dilution.
I don't know if it is coming from those 11M shares, or from any other place. What I know for sure, I mean 100% sure, is that FNHI is being diluted since several months. The CEO is the only one that knows from where these shares are coming from.
Just as an example. We were together on SVTE, right? Do you remember that the CEO told you that only about 5M shares needed to be diluted to finish the notes, when the float was at about 15M shares, and, I was telling you that I was seeing already at least over 20M shares diluted?
Do you remember that you called the TA lots of times, and, suddenly the float jumped to over 40M shares, showing clearly that I was 100% right?
Do you remember that the float then increased to 77M shares, then to 88M, then to 92M, and, then to 139M? And that suddenly he increased the A/S to 2 billion?
And the CEO was saying that only 5M shares needed to be diluted to finish the notes, right?
This was just one example, but, I never failed to detect dilution, never. When I talk about it, specially on a stock where we are holding about $800k, like here on FNHI, I am 100% sure of it. We will all verify this soon, when/if the K is filled.
Then you and all here will see that I am 100% right. This for me is a fact. We have here dilution since several months. Not to destroy the PPS, but, at least to kill any attempt to run, until now.
I preferred 1000 times to be wrong, and, seeing FNHI already at .1, or at least above .06, but, here we are at .0285(another lower low).
You and many here that know me, also know that I never bash a stock or use dirty tricks to buy. We already bought several months ago, and, at a higher price than today's price. I am not happy at all seeing the PPS at this low level, and, we are not buying more, but, you probably also know that I always say what I see, good or bad, even on stocks I am holding.
Finally I am not saying that we have here a situation like on SVTE. It was just an example, because we were there together. FNHI looks far from that one. Rossi said that the float should be already at about 110M shares, because he was counting that those shares were already sold. I think they are still being sold, and, the float must be around 107 - 108M shares.
As the T/A is partially gagged, they give the A/S and O/S, but, not the float, the most important, we have no chance to know for sure. Only the company knows.
