He said they "believed" they are owed that. Perhaps they did $500k of work in the contract and then yktg got shut down so they never got paid and never got to finish the whole project. So the $6.1 million would be estimated for what they could get for the contract, since it is a contract. Figure they should be able to get half of what they contracts worth, but maybe are just going after $500 k because they believe it's what they'll get?
