Thanks for the advice. I did, indeed, make the SEC aware of what appears to be illegal insider trading on nonpublic information. Somebody began selling at $4.06 before the public offering was disseminated. After the announcement, it opened the next day at $3.24 and with a low of $3.15 that is where the offering price was set.

Selling continues as people are catching on just how sleazy this whole company has become.

Paullee, you are not the only one who reads this board. If you can't handle the truth, feel free to ignore my posts, but there are others who appreciate learning the truth and verifying for themselves just how sleazy the trading was before the share offering was publicly disseminated.

You are entitled to your own opinion, but you cannot change the verifiable facts I outlined and the dubious trading that occurred just prior to an offering being announced.
