I can live w/ AAGH going down--no biggie.

What I NEED DESPERATELY is for interest rates to go down so that the equity in my hut goes up instead of being stangnant. The place is paid for and its been dead money for 8 or more months. Im competeing w/ the builder and they havent raised prices for an eternity.
