Are these pump and dumps or good for the long haul ? How do I get honest info when every one of these boards are filled with a balanced set of those screaming foul others jumping for joy with each rise...

I am up on all my stocks now and considering just selling them all to be in the clear and have a slight profit. But I get serious fomo and dwell on past decisions so I'm stuck. I mean regret is better having done something than not...
