Hi. In response to insurance companies paying for home IV services....I am new to the board but have been following quite closely over the past 6 months. I own quite a few shares. I want to address the discussion around the RN coming to the patients home or office to deliver IV therapy. Insurance companies are paying to have medications administered in the home, office or lower cost outpatient infusion centers because it costs less than administering it in the hospital out patient. Additionally, if patients can continue to work while receiving the medications their productivity is not diminished.
