NO FINANCIALS, NO WEBSITE INVITES SRSR DELISTING

With all this 'warm and fuzzy' news: helicopter radiometrics, drilling, metallurgy, $25MM on the way from Potty yet SRSR cannot produce up to date financials, no SRSR website which is mandatory for even pink sheets and companies can be delisted for not complying.

I don't believe Dan's PR, it just another Dan move to do a 'pump'.

If you were the CEO of SRSR and you had just received monies wouldn't your first pay the tax arrears on Nemegosenda($6,200) , get a website up ($2,000?) and up to date, unaudited financials ($15k to $20K)? Then PR the moves; that would create buying.

If you din't have money, but you are DESPERATE to pay personal bills (Dan's $566k debt comes to mind)you would do exactly what Dan is doing now: 'pump' the stock on BS PR's without liability on thinly based half truths.

Where is the 8k?

Another Dan Byrnes special: lot of talk, no action.
