I still think we see a "negotiated surrender" by the Board. By now ES must know that he doesn't have the votes to continue. He calls a meeting with JS3 and agree to a smoother transition by throwing CJ and DP overboard. New 5 member board is 3 new Ronin nominees, ES, and SK.

We have some happy talk of unity and increasing shareholder value, one of Ronin's 3 becomes COB, ES sits in the corner and fades away within 12 months.

We finally have adults running the company, a new President comes in and SK runs the R&D division.
