Hopefully this response is not "Off Topic" and will not be deleted (posted yesterday):

The financials are the EXACT same numbers as Last Quarter (Q1:2017). The OTC site is the only place Q2 results exist. There has been no acknowledgement from PURA that they released numbers. No other news organization mentions it. To give the benefit of the doubt, it may be a mistake that the site uploaded numbers automatically and used the last quarter's numbers. Seems fishy to me...
