my theory is if they had the votes for R/S they would not extend the date and give people the chance to change their minds on their vote.. So as of now i think you will have NO R/S .... now without reverse split that gets them delisted and maybe lose all the big investors and then follow with a BK.


why would someone extend the date if it was to work in their favor of the R/S in which they know they need that. just a little common sense practice imo
