Its not a scam. But they dont care about shareholders at all. Also I dont like how they hire buddies and pay them millions in shares. Think about it- if they pay them 10mil shares, even if price goes down to .0.10 thats a $1000000 for nothing. Also this whole thing with Ziv. Suing him? I bet he dumped bunch of shares got rich and now he can pursuit his passion in cooking lol. Def something weird going on behind the close door. Question is low long they can ride before they will finally deliver.
