If this were happening in regular session, I would be concerned.

If this degree (level) of trading was in regular session, I would say we are about to see a pullback. But seeing it is in extended hours, it does not indicate the price is about to drop. I think there is a waning interest in the stock. It probably means today's volume will be below average but still at a healthy level.

Expect little movement in premarket but significant upward levels will once again create strong after hours.
