Electrobroadband just posted an excellent post on Yahoo and I think this opens up the Motorola thing for discussion!!
Here`s my response to nthomp and you can get the gyst from this:-

I think Electro has brought up a good subject about Motorola re-selling the TKO plug and 85 chip and re-branding it under their own name, hence no patent infringement, as TKO are supplying the goods but feeding the opposition, but goes on in all industries and maybe TKO feel if this is the case, the market is big enough for all to trade in, but I would prefer to see TKO have a bigger slice of the cake, albeit they are without the hassles of selling the product, advertising e.t.c. to the residential markets.

I think you will find there is conflicting info coming out from the two IR firms re forthcoming events e.t.c.
