I stopped that stuff years ago after I got out of "da bizness"--a fattie will get my heart rate spiked and get me all jazzed up and awake. Definately not helpful anymore--worked fine when I was stoned 24/7 but I was so out of it then--life takes on a whole new "view" when Im not baked all the time.
