The SEC referred my complaint ( complaint Number 24815) to Department of Business oversight in California Complaint Number 24815 .
They in turn forwarded the complaint to :

Office of the Attorney general
Public Inquiry Unit
P.O box 944244-2550.

My complaint referenced: The BOD , Compensation Committee and Nominating Committee are the same three people that have profited beyond reason. As well as their history in protecting their positions.
They have abused their position to profit and protect their income at the expense of shareholders.
They have effectively isolated shareholders muting any effective participation due shareholders.

MIsleading PR related to the need to avoid a reverse split while quietly selling ATM common shares negating any chance of reaching required $1.00 threshold.
I pointed out their long sorted history in the world of Small cap stocks that fail miserably while they profit.


Squeaky wheels get attention if anyone else is inclined to file a complaint as well.

They ask me what I wanted. I said they need to go and without any nominations to the next BOD.
