Dividend stocks are the way to go and no one can convince me otherwise. For the buck, ORC is a good value. Im also liking NS paying $1.095 quarterly and IEP paying $1.50 quarterly. Although I prefer monthlies, that extra bank per quarter is always a welcomed surprise.
