That's been hashed and re hashed ad infinitum. NioCorp is not looking to sell their scandium on the cheap and they don't have to. They are targeting aerospace, weaponry and energy. There is a higher cost and the companies they will cater to are in the US not Angola. They will get a higher price in my opinion. This is not Australia either. This is America, the world's # 1 economy, and unfortunately, finished products and the materials to make them are not sold on the cheap nor should they have to be.
