A must read for true shareholders! First, this morning, without a doubt we start down! Every flipper who thought they were going to get rich overnite does not understand what the company is about or where it is going and they will be getting out with a loss this morning! Use it as a buying opportunity! There were 2 messages in Petar's statement and the most important one is, "An important part of this statement is an announcement that will come to bear on the true accountability of our Company, namely all of you." My interpretation of this statement is a dividend announcement will be included in the financials.
The second message was the proxy vote and new CEO vote. When Wessal owns 25% of the company they will have controlling rights to how the company is run and WHO RUNS IT! This is not new in the investment world. The hidden message is the proxy vote of true shareholders. Remember although we can vote for 1 of 3 they present, when the count is done THEIR CANDIDATE WILL WIN! The proxies have to be MAILED TO SHAREHOLDERS OF RECORD TO VOTE. Well that again is true shareholder accountability. My opinion of this entire announcement is a very well planned chain of events that will force those short this stock. Everything all the shareholders have been screaming for over the last 2 weeks are about to come true. I stand by my opinion! You make your own decisions and I am using todays buying opportunity exactly as that!!
