Then he should release it. BVTK is an SEC registrant...he doesn't get to "sit on" material news.

This is something that many seem to not understanding. He has to disclose it regardless of the status of the fins. And he has disclosed plenty of "news" so far via 8K.

And when any of the fins come out it would HAVE TO BE in the Subsequent Events section...or he risks a Reg FD violation.

So this idea that the fins will come out and THEN he will release this supposed "big news" sometime after is nonsense.

He knows how it works.
