I think you need to read it again because they couldn't make it any clearer....

Consequently, several distributors reduced the size of their orders, backed off on commitments, or decided to delay acceptance of shipments of the higher priced product until we could prove market acceptance of Easy Grinder(TM).

Let us know when they've proven market acceptance for those that didn't "reduce" "backed off" and "delayed" since they're essentially out of funds for any type of real marketing campaign by Sept 30th. I take that back...it could always be financed with more toxic debt, why stop now.
