Will wait and see if they can get a listing extension without RS. That out of the way it would depend on whether or not further dilution with remaining shares they have available to sell.

RS votes no, and they get a listing extension would create a trading opportunity but I fear investors might not hang on to their positions, but at least the long term deal may create enough interest for buy and hold.
