Now thats a silly way of looking at it. Im not a basher. Im not looking to buy cheaper (not anytime soon anyways). I sold at .46 right after that PR and heres why: The market always knows... And what did they know ? Why did the stock turn red 20 minutes after that plane aquisition PR? Because Tempus is risking nothing. Did they purchase those 3rd rate 4th hand planes with cash on hand.. Did they put the company on the line paying 3m for a possible lease program ? Nope. They bought em with straight up shares. Only ones paying for this whether it works out or not is the shareholders. That deal was a slap to the face of every holder. They are already incurring big quarter losses and now you have 6m shares gonna be shoved down your throats soon.
Do we even know the discount yet on those 6m shares?
Just bad all around. Im sorry. I thought this was a monster play. That deal showed their hand. Id check back in a year.. See if their cleaning this mess up then. Gonna be ugly for awhile. Trade the swings and channels. They turned off all longs with that deal IMO. GL
