Macod, Yes, for me a share reduction can take a back seat if efforts are directed toward creating revenues. My use of the term "back seat" was meant to be interpreted as "temporary delay". Guess everyone has their own definition.

I and others here have had enough communication with Mr. Berman that we have no concern regarding the share reduction. I am confident it will occur soon.
