I honestly believe that BMIC is shorting. Not diluting. If you look them up, they are known for their regulatory issues on the otc with finra. They also operate offshore... Very sketchy. This is why we are seeing all these foreigners on the board with no followers ranting about dilution. When clearly its short manipulation. $OTTV
