It's not bashing. By and large, it's the truth. That's why my theory about intentionally allowing the stock price to decline in order to restructure or kill the warrants is so risky.

Micro caps flirt with financial death as they go sub-penny. The short sellers can finish a company off in a matter of months. There's ample examples of the vultures feeding on sub-pennies as they are systemmatically denied any additional financing opportunities.

That's what makes this strategy, if it is intentional, so risky. I have to believe it is intentional as no one experienced in the micro cap markets could be so incredibly stupid as to allow a stock price to implode as this one has.
