CS could easily be a scam if Simpson believes the chances to make it to approval or b/o above say $20 million is less than 50 percent. The honest thing to do might be to just run out of money essentially, ie bankruptcy in this case without attempting reverse split. If she sees 50/50 chance to get to approval, I don't blame her for trying, but I blame her for salary. So I concede if somebody thinks the chance is less than 50 percent, why not vote NO? I think quite possibly less than 50 percent, but people currently should know the risk so I still say YES is correct and let people ride with Simpson if they wish
