The bid did not register on Level II and in fact a 1000 share trade executed below my bid @ $1.33 at 11:02a
I called my platform and they researched and explained that MSLP orders on my platform have been moved to the inter broker dealer network since May of this year which allows them to hide, jump, skip and fill orders at their pleasure they must feel. Anyway, I asked my broker to pass on my order to the regulator and I requested a follow-up. Lo and behold my order filled within minutes and the Level II became active again.
What was funny was CDEL was the best bid 100 shares @ $1.33 then $1.31 and was also the best ask 873 shares @ $1.37. Though shares traded @ .37, the 873 lot never changed. This entire bid/ask was fake.
Now after my request to report to regulator by my platform, my order has filled at $1.34 and the broker dealers have become active again on Level II
Here are the trades this morning and remember I placed my $1.34 bid near the open this morning and was passed over on a fill at $1.33 before my entire order just filled in several trades.
Here's my confirmation after filling
