NO REVERSE SPLIT IS OLD NEWS. Not applicable now that the ACI transaction is complete. Same with no new shares issued. They do have toxic notes which require conversion and new shares need to be issued.

Financing to stay afloat is needed. Even if ACI gives them money, look at the fine print to see just how this affects existing shareholder equity in the company. They don't give money to a money-losing company like USMJ for free. Even if convertible preferred shares are given in exchange for cash to stay afloat a while longer, these shares still have to have a reserve in the share authorization to account for potential conversion.
